Fall Activities for Families - Explore Kansas - J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc.

One of the best things about the Wichita area is how the community comes together to organize family-friendly events. Especially in the fall, there are so many outdoor festivals and celebrations to attend. If you're looking for something fun to do with your family, our real estate agents have some incredible recommendations for the coming months.

  1. Kansas State Fair: 2000 N. Poplar St., Hutchinson, KS 67502

Another great attraction at the fair is the food. From classic funnel cakes to deep-fried novelties, deliciousness lies around every corner. Make sure you also walk through the barns to see 4H rabbit, pig, cattle, and sheep exhibits. Tickets are sold at the gate for $10 per adult and $6 per child.
