• Rule #1 - If it's nailed down, it sticks around
  Light fixtures, faucets, security systems, bric-a-brac, and anything that is either nailed, screwed, glued, or cemented to the property should stay behind. Not only can you damage it when you remove it, but most buyers assume that if it's attached, it's part of the deal.
