You're about to move to Wichita, and you know there must be some good farmer's markets around town, but you don't yet know where they are or how close they are to you. Fear not. • Kansas Grown! Market - 7001 W. 21st St. N, Wichita, KS 67205, or 701 E Douglas Ave., Wichita, KS 67202
  Kansas Grown! is the largest grower-owned farmer's market in the state. There are actually two different locations in Wichita. The Main Market at 21st and Ridge meets Saturdays, from 7 am to noon, starting in April and through October. Or, if you're not an early riser, you can go to the Union Station market on Douglas, Wednesdays between 4 and 7 pm, from mid-May until September. In addition to farm-fresh produce, both locations often have themed days and host cool events for you and your family.
