Career Development Coaching

Mission: This eight week program is designed to launch agents into productivity by holding them accountable for action based assignments which will enable them to build habits that will become the foundation for a great career while giving them hands on instruction in the tools and systems available to promote proficiency.

There will be an introductory session for this series that will introduce the agents to the series and explain expectations. The only prerequisite for attending this series is the completion of ProStart. The actual coaching program will continue for a total of eight sessions. The sessions will be limited to 12 agents and who will be required to sign a letter of agreement that will outline their responsibilities during the program. By signing this document, they agree that if they fail to complete all assignments they will forfeit their place in the program.

The first hour of every meeting will be devoted to instruction, and the last hour will be a time for the agents to raise any questions or concerns that they have been faced with during the past week.

Ongoing Training

In addition to our regularly scheduled training, we continually look for topics on which to design classes to help our agents achieve their goals. Our agents have a vast library of online training courses at their disposal if that is their preferred learning style. Additionally, our brokers routinely hold training classes in their offices as well as offer topics of interest at the weekly sales meetings. We know that education is power, and we strive to give our agents educational opportunities that are unparalleled.
