After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration, she worked in sales as a manager. She soon met her husband, Michael Higgins, a native Kansan. Not much later, Maddy and Michael moved back to Kansas where they have raised their five children. Along with running and organizing a house of seven, Maddy enjoyed working as a substitute teacher. Transitioning to real estate sales was natural for Maddy, as she has a passion for people. Her skills for getting people what they want and need make her a great real estate agent. Whether her client is looking for a fancy home, a better home, a simple home or a temporary home, Maddy makes it a personal challenge to find them what they want. She is effective and efficient. A phrase she often uses is -- “If you're going to do a job, do it right." She takes this adage to heart and it shows through her results.
