Meet Kimberly Brace, REALTOR

Kim, a native of Wichita, has been buying and selling real estate since age 16. She was named Weigands’ “Rookie of the Year” her first year in the business, and is a Multi-Million Producer and repeat qualifier for Masters Circle Award. She is a past director of the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS®, past chair of the Wichita REALTORS® Political Action Committee, and Director of Education for J.P. WEIGAND & SONS, INC. With over 34 years of sales experience (McCormick Schilling Spice Company, Kimberly-Clarke, Knight-Ridder Newspaper Publishing, Commerce Clearing House, and J.P. WEIGAND & SONS, INC.). Kim’s knowledge in the area of negotiations will serve you well, whether she is representing you as buyers' agent or a sellers' agent. Kim is a lifelong resident of Wichita, and is married to Mike, who is also a REALTOR®; she has two daughters who are both elementary teachers with USD #259; she has been active and served as past board member of the Downtown Lions Club, Kansas Make-A-Wish Foundation, Chair of the Site & Property Location Committee for Habitat for Humanity, past President of the First United Methodist Church United Methodist Women, and various other responsibilities and leadership roles at her church and in the community.
