Meet Joseph Villatoro, REALTOR

Representing Wichita area homeowners and future homeowners, Joseph is committed to listening to his clients' needs and utilizing his sharp sales skills to ensure a positive and successful transaction.

Born and raised in Wichita, Joseph has been involved in numerous activities including volunteering, traveling, and baseball. Joseph graduated from Eisenhower High School in 2022. His love for sales began when he was a freshman in high school, where he started to resell high-end, limited sneakers. Throughout high school, Joseph continued to improve his sales skills by reselling sneakers and baseball gloves. During his senior year, he started to take courses to become a REALTOR® in the state of Kansas, as he wanted to take part in a career where his work would reflect his pay. He has the ambition to socialize and help those in need of listing or purchasing a home, whether it be a starter home or a dream home.

During his time as a REALTOR®, Joseph has become esteemed, and highly regarded by his clients and professionals in the field. He is a member of REALTORS® (NAR), REALTORS® of South-Central Kansas (RSCK), and South-Central Kansas Multi-Listing Services (SCK-MLS).
