Meet Jeanne Kennedy

Jeanne's passion for real estate led her to choose J.P. Weigand for its family origins in Wichita and excellent reputation in real estate accomplishments while holding the highest caliber in ethical performance - now at 120 years of service! In living the Standards of Excellence, it is her goal to streamline the challenges of moving and help clients on their journey to either a home purchase or selling of a current home. “Selling or buying a home can feel overwhelming, I want to simplify the process, reduce stress and work hard for my clients to allow them the stress-free ease in taking the next step in their future”.

Jeanne's prior profession was as an accomplished senior executive in a Fortune 400 company managing multiple departments and a top negotiator with high-stake contracts. She is authentic and takes pride in being honest, attentive and compassionate with an energetic flair.  Her data driven nature calibrates the current economic environment and neighborhood dynamics to reach the best outcome for her clients.

Jeanne and her husband have purchased, renovated and sold multiple homes spanning 3 states. She loves walking into older homes and seeing a vision for a homes potential and tying the home to the new owners’ personal touch and lifestyle.

Being in Wichita has allowed her to be close to family. She enjoys the multi-faceted lifestyle Wichita offers in the way of museums, restaurants, shopping and outdoor adventures. Jeanne and her husband have five kids three of which are in Wichita along with two beautiful granddaughters. Two kids reside in California where they work  and one attending college. Jeanne and Bert enjoy hitting the road and discovering new places. They have a goal of hitting all 50 states in the US. She also enjoys hiking, scuba diving, stain-glass, playing with her grandchildren and two mini-schnauzers.
