Meet David Snell, REALTOR

I have been a licensed Realtor for the past 19 years and have enjoyed helping my clients sell their property or find the right property that fits their particular set of needs.  I've never seen myself as a Salesperson, but rather as a Sales Agent that provides a service to my clients wherein I help them either sell or purchase a property by helping them through the Listing, Negotiation, and Contract process to ultimately acheive their desired goals.  I have a particular set of traits that enable me to help my clients navigate the world of real estate.  Over the years, I have been able to help my clients reach their desired end result, namely a successful Closing.  This is especially important when it comes down to the nuts and bolts of contract negotiations and the often tricky negotiations that can take place following Inspection and/or Appraisal Reports.  It is a skill that I have been blessed with that I am able to share with my clients.

I grew up in McPherson, KS and graduated from High School and College there.  I have successfully sold Real Estate and farmed Almonds and Raisin Grapes in California's Central Valley in the past, but in 2020 made the decision to come home (Kansas!) to be near our kids and grandsons.  I am devoting my full time to Real Estate Sales in South Central Kansas.  I have been married to the love of my life for the past 42 years.  We raised two fine young men who married wonderful young women.  All of our children and their spouses work in the medical field as Physician Assistants or Nurse Practioner in the Wichita area.  We have an energetic nine year old grandson and his three year old half brother with whom we enjoy spending as much time as possible.
