Meet Brittany Zimmerman, REALTOR

Brittany Zimmerman was born and raised in Arkansas City, Kansas. She moved to Wichita in order to continue her educational career. After graduating college, she went straight to work in the operating room at Wesley Woodlawn where she enjoyed helping patients. Although she enjoyed making a difference in people’s lives through the medical field, she wanted a career that would more easily allow her to build a life with her family. Due to her having several family friends involved in real estate, she began to see real estate as an opportunity to still help people through her community, while also being able to build her own family. Little did Brittany know she was about to discover a hidden passion for real estate. While obtaining her realtors license, she knew she wanted to work for the best company possible, which is why she chose J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Since joining the company, she has had endless learning tools and opportunities provided to her through the company, and her passion for real estate has flourished. Brittany’s number one priority is her clients and their satisfaction, which is why she goes above and beyond the expectations that are set. She listens to what her clients want and strives to have the best outcome for her clients through every transaction. Her main goal is to ensure the home buying or selling process is as easy and stress-free for everyone as possible. Clients can always count on her anytime of the day when they have a question or concern throughout the buying (or selling) process, and by the end of every transaction her clients feel more like family to her. Over the course of her career in real estate, Brittany has been involved with many organizations such as: the Ronald McDonald House, Kansas Human Society, Wichita Chamber of Commerce, Mental Health Association of South Central Kansas, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. When she is not volunteering Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dogs, and eating at some of her favorite places within the city. She is excited to get to learn more and more about Wichita and to get to watch the city grow through her career in real estate.
