Meet Brenda Demuth-Reasoner, REALTOR

Brenda began her experience in the housing industry at a very young age as she worked along-side her family as they owned and managed several rental homes. She credits her great work ethic to this valuable time in her life.

After marriage, Brenda worked with her husband in the custom home business. She enjoyed the total process from the land development to working with the home owner in the designing to the finishing touches of the personalized home. 

She continued to gain knowledge in the home industry with house flipping and owning and managing rentals.

Brenda loves being an agent, whether helping her client with the selling process, or patiently searching for their next place to call home. She is greatful for the trusting relationships she has acquired since 1987 when she moved to the Wichita area.

Prior to Brenda's re-entering the real estate market she spent over 30 years owning and operating her own successful business. With her vast experience, Brenda's clients are assured the business transactions are taken care of professionally and accurately. 

"Home" has always meant a lot to Brenda. Even though she loves working, and staying active in the outdoors, She is most content at home.
