Prior to her 21 year career in Real Estate, Bonnie spent 25 years in various sales and customer service industries, honing her skills. Her outgoing personality exhibits her dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism. She prides herself in providing the very best customer service and fulfilling the wants and needs of all parties throughout the real estate transaction. Bonnie goes that extra mile. Her training and certification as a Professional Home Stager has proven invaluable for her sellers. By helping them to stage their home prior to putting it on the market, she has been able to obtain the highest possible price for their homes. Bonnie has completed numerous continuing education courses throughout her career to keep her informed of new laws, market conditions and to learn new and better ways to provide the best service possible to her customers and clients. Never satisfied with just being adequate, Bonnie has earned several designations which require much more education than just required for her real estate license. She has earned the ABR-Accredited Buyer Representation, GRI-Graduate Realtor Institute, SFR-Short Sales and Foreclosures, e-PRO-Electronic Professional and the SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist (for Senior Citizens); all to be a better agent for her clients. She is a member of the Wichita Board of REALTORS®. Bonnie was a member of the East Wichita Business Association for seven years and served as Secretary for four years. She also attends the Wichita Women’s Leadership Alliance monthly. Since 2006, she became involved with fund raising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and their ‘Light the Night’ event as a Team Leader. Bonnie has many hobbies including gardening and playing the piano. She recently purchased a violin and plans on learning that in the very near future. Bonnie and her husband, Carl of 29 years, built a home in Kechi several years ago and are planning their next home to build in Andover. Bonnie has two children and eleven grandchildren ages sixteen to twenty-four and one Great Grandchild. Bonnie says, “Making New Friends Is The Heart of My Business”.
