Meet Arlene Fowler, REALTOR

Arlene Fowler has been selling real estate in the state of Kansas for over 30 years.  She said, “My Clients are my priority! With experience, knowledge, a listening ear and the ability to set realistic expectations for my clients, I successfully negotiate winning results. Buying and selling homes can be an emotional roller coaster. My goal is to make every real estate experience as exciting, fun, and stress-free as possible.” Arlene can assure you that she understands that busy schedules require transactions be handled in a timely and efficient manner…that absolute confidentiality is the cornerstone of our relationship…and that strategy, diplomacy and understanding are the keys to concluding complex negotiations successfully. She believes, “that at the end of the day, it is the final result that matters. Finalizing a contract that is mutually profitable for both buyers and sellers helps to ensure that everyone walks away from the table knowing that they’ve just completed a win-win transaction. Proving this strategy works, I enjoy continued relationships with many of my clients both personally and professionally. Some are even neighbors!” Arlene is a people-person. She loves traveling and the chance to meet new people. She lived in Italy and France as a child, and still speaks conversational French. Arlene and her family travel yearly to the St. Martin in the French West Indies for the beautiful beaches, the French cuisine, and a chance to practice up on her French. She enjoys snorkeling, snow skiing, and mundane activities like walking the dog or gardening. Arlene has fun playing golf, although she claims she isn’t very good and that the courses don’t stay open long enough for her to finish 18 holes. She appreciates all types of music and the talent it takes to perform it. She wishes she had been born musically gifted. Arlene is addicted to reading, and relishes in a good book regardless the genre. She loves animals, and is constantly saving strays, much to her husband’s chagrin. Arlene’s family is very close and enjoys getting together often for backyard barbeques.
