In response to an increase in the number of foreclosures in Wichita and the surrounding areas, and to better serve the needs of the lenders in the area and the increased number of Wichita real estate investors in our market, we have established this division.

Wendy and Lacy have 22 years of combined experience as real estate investors and agents. The vast knowledge of the investment market that they have gained by their years of experience make them a perfect team to head up this division. They understand investment properties not only as agents and advisors for their clients, but also as owners and landlords themselves. They also understand the rapidly changing market dynamics and financials much better than your average agent. Their real estate business has been focused on working with investors for the last several years and they have over 150 investors in their database.
