Terry Rupp

Terry specializes in Farm and Ranch and Commercial auctions throughout the state of Kansas.  Terry has become the leader of the auction industry in the farm and ranch and commercial markets since joining the company in 1995.  He has been responsible for developing the auction method of sale as a viable option to present his clients and the clients of the associates of J.P. Weigand & Sons Commercial Division.  Terry is an Accredited Land Consultant, auctioneer and a graduate of the Missouri School of Auctions which has provided him the necessary training to represent his clients in their real estate needs.

John Rupp

John specializes in Farm and Ranch and Commercial auctions throughout the state of Kansas.  He also works on residential auctions in the Wichita area.  John joined J.P.Weigand & Sons commercial division in 2002 and has been successful in the auction industry along side his father, Terry Rupp, since he has been with the company.  John is an auctioneer and a graduate of the Missouri School of Auctions which has provided him the necessary training to represent his clients in their real estate needs.

Mike King

Rick Hopper

Ken Patterson

Ken has over 30 years of real estate and auction experience. He has been with J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. since 1995 and currently serves as an   associate broker in the Belle Plaine office. Auctioning is where his heart and passion are. He has a desire and drive to make people happy and is also a very talented poet. Much of his education—including a Bachelor of Science degree from Emporia and a Master’s in natural sciences with a math major from The University of South Dakota—aids in the way he handles your business.  Paul Nisly

Paul has owned and operated Nisly Auction Co. since 1974 specializing in real estate auctions of all types including farms and ranches, urban and rural homes as well as commercial property in the central Kansas area. He has also specialized in all types of personal property auctions for the past 35 years, including farm machinery auctions, household and antique auctions and construction auctions. Paul is a member of the Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, State and National Auctioneers Association, Hutchinson-area Board of REALTORS^®, and National Association of REALTORS^®.
